Sounds too good to be true! What's the catch?

There's no catch – you just need to lose weight and finish your plan to collect your reward. We are able to offer generous incentives thanks to our contracts with health care companies, insurance companies, and research organisations.

Will you give me a diet plan?

We’ll provide you with our Common Sense Guide to Weight Loss and daily tick sheets – most of our members find that’s all they need. However, Weight Wins works alongside any specific diet or fitness plan, including commercial plans.

National Obesity Forum

"...a revolutionary approach to encouraging long-term weight loss."

Times Online

"...cash incentive for slimmers more effective than diets."

NHS

The NHS commissioned Weight Wins to conduct its first public trial of weight loss incentives in 2009 and 2010. Results were analysed by scientists at the University of Sheffield and published in 2011 in the Journal of Public Health. The study found that the Weight Wins programme resulted in high public response and many cases of significant, sustained weight loss.
