You do not have to provide us with any Personally Identifiable Information to visit our site. However you will not be able to subscribe to our programmes without providing this information.

Members of a Weight Wins programme and those who were once members may be provided with a username and password to allow them access to a personalised space on our site with details about their progress through the programme. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of these credentials.
Site monitoring tools and cookies
Weight Wins uses cookies, log files and website monitoring tools to monitor site traffic patterns and to improve the service we provide. No information that can identify a visitor is collected in this process. Personally Identifiable Information is only collected when a visitor provides it voluntarily.
You do not have to accept cookies to use our site, but some aspects may be disabled, such as the ability to save your log-in details in your browser.
Referrals
We may offer referral codes where existing members or other individuals or companies can earn commission by referring new subscribers to our programmes. Sale of Business

Use of information after the completion of a programme
We will continue to store certain Personally Identifiable Information after completion, cancellation, voiding or disqualification of a paid programme in particular to enable us to further manage our business and to draw on these data to provide you with access to services such as our newsletter and your profile if you should sign up to a new programme in the future. If you do not want us to do this, please contact us and we will delete or make anonymous your Personally Identifiable Information.
Access rights
You have a right to access the personal information that is held about you. To obtain a copy of the data we hold, please write to the Data Controller at our head office.
It may not be possible to remove or verify every record on our systems. Our systems are backed up to protect against inadvertent loss. This means that your Personally Identifiable Information may exist in a non-erasable form.
