Our diet rewards system is based on psychological principles. Research shows that dieters are much more likely to lose more weight for longer if they have a series of achievable targets; financial incentives for reaching them; and the accountability of regular weigh-ins 1, 2.

Weight Wins is structured to be challenging, yet never discouraging. How they do it…
